Preventing Procrastination Activities

Its incredible the amount of people that procrastinate even when they know that doing their work is the only way to success or to get done the things that will make them happy. The problem is that we want to do many things except the most important activities.

Preventing procrastination activities will help you be more focus and concentrate on your most important task. Before you begin to do your daily activities a night before write down what are the most important things to do either work or going to the bank, etc.

Next, decide how much time you are going to work on each task and at what time you are going to begin. Once you have decided those things, you are ready to begin, in the next morning follow your plan, you might have many other activities that you want to do, phone calls, emails to check, whatever just dont to those things until you have finished your tasks in the time frame that you decided.

If you follow a clear plan every day and focus, you will accomplish more in one week than in a full month guarantee. The problem is that most people are not willing to follow a plan, most people want instant gratification and are not willing to put the effort to see long term results thats why they never get successful.

If you still get distracted with wanting to do other activities, find you true motivator, look deep inside you, what is what you care about most? what joy is accomplishing your goal going to bring not just to you but to your loved ones?

To get motivated to do your work and avoid procrastination you need to set goals higher than money. For example dont say i want to increase my earning this month, instead say i want to take my family to vacation next month to Florida. If you are going to set money goals, be specific, say that you want to double your earning in one month.

Another thing that you can do to avoid doing other activities is to lock your self down in a room without distractions, no phone, no computer unless needed, no cell phone, dont check email, just have the things that you are going to need to get the work done.

What works for some people is rewarding themselves after accomplishing a task. Although there are many things that you can do, the most important question that you should ask your self when doing somethings is: does this activity help me accomplish my task and goals more quick, efficient and easily, if not dont do that activity.

Write down all your goals for the Next Day the previous night

Turn off all electronic devices and communication just use what you really need to accomplish your task, like paper, computer, etc.

Set a schedule for all your work tasks and dont stop until you have finished your tasks one by one
